💡Taking projects from idea to business benefit is what excites me.

With experience in project management, certified coaching, and training, I have been working for over 20 years in project management, industrial performance, and organizational transformation.

Passionate about approaches and methodologies in all their forms (agile, waterfall, or hybrid), my experience in multiple companies and business sectors allows me to help teams evolve towards greater efficiency and adopt various project methodologies.

I also teach project management, agility, soft skills, etc., in engineering schools, private organizations, and directly in companies, and I design learning paths and immersive workshops.

• Structuring and prioritizing project portfolios

• Implementing governance and monitoring systems

• Improving organizational functioning and embedding a continuous improvement dynamic
