Hello, my artist name is Chidori K., born with a pencil in hand, passionate about Japanese culture, I especially like to use traditional techniques such as brush, inks, markers, watercolors, etc.

I am constantly experimenting with new tools on new media and I am always looking for new challenges. However, the type of challenge I prefer is to try to step into the shoes of a client and succeed in giving shape to their idea.

Thus, while I am particularly comfortable in universes that are familiar to me such as animals, pop manga culture, comics in general, and everything related to everyday life with a touch of fantasy, I also love discovering new fields and exploring other territories.

Posters, advertising booklets, corporate communication, portraits, biographical comics, concept illustration or designs for various objects, these are some examples of achievements that are part of my scope of action.

From my previous life as a librarian, I have retained my listening and communication skills necessary for understanding my interlocutor's needs.

I prefer a work that effectively fulfills a function and meets expectations over an absolutely beautiful drawing.
