I assist teams in configuring their ClickUp environment, creating workflows adapted to their business, automating repetitive tasks, and implementing pilot dashboards.

Through Make and APIs, I also connect ClickUp to various business tools to improve data flow and reduce manual actions.

My goal is to enable companies to gain visibility, productivity, and operational efficiency with simple, scalable systems adapted to their field reality.

At CGI, as part of assignments for Crédit Agricole Technologies & Services, I act as a Scrum Master within multidisciplinary agile teams.

My role is to support the teams in organizing and coordinating projects to ensure efficient deliveries, aligned with business objectives and team commitments.

I facilitate agile ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), monitor work progress, and facilitate the resolution of blockers impacting delivery. I also ensure good communication between the various project stakeholders: developers, Product Owners, QA, business units, architects, and managers.

Beyond the agile framework, I provide operational and human coordination. I support employees in their onboarding, mission follow-up, and team development, while ensuring a collaborative and constructive work dynamic.

I also participate in recruitment, profile evaluation, and activity management to contribute to meeting deadlines, delivery quality, and project objectives.

My role is thus at the intersection of agility, operational management, and team support in complex and constantly evolving environments.
