I have had the opportunity to conduct numerous market research studies, motivation studies, and product tests, first as an Advertising Manager at Havas (food industry), then as a Research Manager at Alcon/Nestlé (pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry), and subsequently as Head of the Marketing Department in a Regional Directorate and then in B2B Agencies at Orange (telecoms). I have been working in this field as a consultant since 2007, initially in a consulting firm (Sofrecom consulting) and as a freelancer since 2022. I am motivated by complex issues that require indirect methods (projective tests, cards) when the subject does not allow for direct questions, or numerous focus groups to verify, on a sample conforming to the Normal Law, the reality of motivations or barriers. My main achievements include: studies analyzing the risk-taking of cardiac mortality in prescriptions for an ocular beta-blocker (pre-launch study for the Alcon beta-blocker in France; projective test on a statistical sample of ophthalmologists), analysis of the chronology of choice criteria for a contact lens cleaner (decision cards), studies of the criteria constituting the image of laboratories among ophthalmologists (questionnaire followed by mathematical regression between overall score and score for each criterion), perceived effectiveness tests by type of contact lens cleaner packaging, analysis of the choice criteria for sausages (several focus groups), studies of preferred sections and reading motivations for free local newspapers (questionnaires), redesign of the Orange Money segmentation for the African market (13 focus groups spread across 2 French-speaking countries), field study with e-recharge card distributors (Mayotte, Reunion Island) and development of a launch strategy...
