As a sales advisor within Sephora, my mission was to offer a personalized customer experience, while actively contributing to the achievement of the point of sale's commercial objectives. I worked in a dynamic environment, focused on service excellence and in-depth product knowledge.

My main missions included:

Welcoming, advising and supporting customers in their purchasing process, identifying their specific needs (care, make-up, perfumery).

Performing product and make-up demonstrations, ensuring hygiene and safety protocols.

Restocking shelves, merchandising and highlighting new products according to the brand's guidelines.

This experience has allowed me to develop an excellent sense of customer service, a strong knowledge of beauty products, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team in a demanding and constantly evolving environment.

As a guidance counselor, I supported students in building their academic and professional projects. My role was to help them get to know themselves better, identify their skills and interests, and explore different training paths or career opportunities.

Within the indirect purchasing department of Chanel SAS, I participated in the management and optimization of purchases of goods and services outside of production (marketing, IT, intellectual services, travel, etc.). My role was to support internal teams in their needs while ensuring compliance with the group's purchasing policies.

My main responsibilities included:

Analyzing internal needs and defining specifications with the requesting departments.

Launching and managing calls for tenders (supplier sourcing, commercial and contractual negotiations).
