About Clarisse

Recently graduated with a double Master's degree in Design Management, specializing in Food Design from the École de Design des Landes, I now offer my freelance services in the fields of culinary design, visual identity, and sensory experience design.

During my two years of work-study training, I had the opportunity to develop my knowledge in all aspects of food: from the dish itself to table setting, photography, and graphic design (packaging and visual identity). This experience taught me rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to defend a project both internally and with clients.
Passionate for several years about food and the five senses, I have focused all my projects on culinary design: interactive installations, sensory research, artisanal collaborations, internships, and most recently, an Executive Master in Brussels that allowed me to assert my personality in this field.

I place particular importance on local produce, human connections, the know-how of artisans, and good food, all of which are sources of inspiration that fuel my creativity and my approach to culinary design.
