I launched Cla&Co, my freelance marketing and communication agency, to help businesses optimize their digital presence and boost their visibility. Passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy, I decided to go independent to support businesses in their growth, offering them tailor-made services: social media management, SEO, branding, and marketing strategies adapted to their needs.

Thanks to my experience in corporate and apprenticeship settings, I bring a strategic and operational approach that combines creativity and performance. My goal? To create impactful strategies and support my clients towards success!

At Cyclades, I work with various companies to implement tailor-made marketing strategies, adapted to the specificities and objectives of each business. My role involves analyzing market and customer needs to propose effective and innovative marketing actions, aimed at improving the visibility and competitiveness of the supported companies.

In parallel, I work on optimizing customer relations by developing tools and approaches to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement. This includes communication management, implementing targeted campaigns, and improving the customer experience.

I also coordinate strategic commercial actions, identifying growth opportunities and supporting companies in their development. This comprehensive approach allows me to offer solutions adapted to the challenges of each structure, combining marketing, customer relations, and commercial strategy.

During my experience at Best Western Belfort, I was appointed Head of Communication & E-Distribution, a key role in managing the establishment's image and visibility. To enhance my skills and optimize the hotel's digital strategy, I completed a specialized training program provided by KER HOSPITALITY, a leader in hotel support.

This experience allowed me to develop expertise in e-distribution, management of booking platforms (OTAs), hotel SEO optimization, and digital strategy. I also worked on improving online communication and developing the hotel's brand awareness through social media and digital marketing.
