• Structuring and negotiating financing for 4 projects, including credit lines for a microfinance institution, an industrial pulp production project, and a deep-water port; managing financial, strategic, legal, and E&S due diligence, and coordinating co-investors

• Designing and implementing risk-sharing mechanisms for 4 banks and microfinance institutions to support SME financing in Senegal, Cape Verde, and The Gambia

• Participating in several economic forums and round tables to represent Proparco's activities in West Africa

• Conducting approximately 15 buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects in various sectors (e.g., consumer goods, transport, healthcare) in France and Canada, including complex competitive, market, and business analyses, and managing mid-sized teams

• Participating in approximately 5 strategic and operational projects, including writing the strategic roadmap for an online private sales mid-cap company, post-acquisition integration (PMI) of a French ad-tech player, and the carve-out of a consumer health entity for a Big Pharma company

• Participating in the launch of a startup as the 2nd employee, now in Series B (raised €10 million)

• Analyzing customer data to provide consumer trend analyses in retail

• Signing 5 partnerships with French DNVBs in the cosmetics and fashion sectors

• Contributing to the improvement of the application and business model through brainstorming sessions with the data team and management.
