Since October 2024, I have been responsible for developing and executing the digital communication strategy for Feï Paris, an innovative cosmetics brand. My role involves:

• Developing an editorial calendar and managing community engagement on social networks (Meta, YouTube, soon LinkedIn for corporate communication).

• Coordinating the production of visual content (photo shoots, videos), in collaboration with an agency, and creating engaging content.

• Driving social media activation campaigns to generate traffic and increase conversions.

• Managing press relations and establishing strategic partnerships.

• Writing and distributing newsletters, blog posts, and organizing promotional campaigns (contests, etc.).

I am passionate about the luxury industry and am committed to growing the Feï Paris community while contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.

During my work-study program, I held the position of Internal Communications Officer for the Thales AVS site in Toulouse. I was responsible for feeding the company intranet, fostering employee engagement through events, and also meeting the broader communication objectives of the Thales group, which extended to various sites, while adhering to the action plan established at the beginning of the year.

Here are some concrete examples of what I accomplished during my work-study program:

• Implementing the navigation structure following best practices and user logic

• Creating written and visual content with our graphic design provider

• Writing articles on diverse subjects, from pure engineering to site-specific actions

I worked as a cashier for two months at Intermarché Valence d'Agen. This experience allowed me to discover customer relations and customer service.
