Support business partners and students from ICART schools (school of management in culture and the art market) and CREAD (school of interior architecture and global design), part of the EDH group, in their search for internships/interns and work-study programs.

Supporting between 450 and 570 students independently.

- Facilitating group workshops (CV, cover letter, job interviews, LinkedIn, ...)

- Individual coaching

- Internship follow-up (before, during, and after)

- Follow-up and management of the ALUMNI network (graduates)

- Supporting students with RQTH status and/or medical follow-up in adapting their academic path

- Organizing B2B or B2C events

- Supporting and managing work-study students

- Hosting Masterclasses with public figures

- Prospecting new partners

Managing 200 individuals in professional integration.

My role in the organization was to:

- Prospect and develop relationships and a network of companies based on the needs identified by individuals in transition, sectors and companies offering accessible jobs, and companies for which the skills developed within Médialys were an asset.

- Develop relationships with companies to work with them on their selection processes and the skills required for their job openings.

- Design and develop group information sessions in collaboration with companies or training organizations on specific professions or sectors.

- Develop relationships with companies likely to host individuals in transition for PMSMP (Professional Integration and Social Support Missions).

- Maintain and develop partnerships with Médialys' referring bodies.

- Propose and facilitate group workshops related to job searching.

- Support employees in transition in their job search (CV development, cover letter writing, and interview preparation).

- Provide individual coaching for interview preparation.

- Create workshop content: stress management.

- Manage Médialys' communication on LinkedIn.
