Human Health and Nutrition Engineer and certified Naturopath (La FENA), I combine scientific rigor and natural health expertise to support companies in their nutrition, well-being, and health prevention projects.

As a nutrition consultant, I offer my skills in health innovation, phytotherapy, preventive nutrition, and scientific pedagogy to help brands, laboratories, and organizations develop effective, reliable, and science-based solutions.

After several years at Laboratoires Superdiet as a trainer and scientific referent, I gained solid experience in:

- design and validation of natural health products,

- creation of educational content and scientific arguments,

- training of teams (France & international),

- scientific popularization and expert communication.

In parallel, my naturopathy practice with individuals allows me to bring a holistic vision, grounded in the field and the real needs of the public.

I work as a freelancer for:

- the design/optimization of nutritional or plant-based products

- scientific writing and validation (materials, arguments, content, training),

- training in health, nutrition, and well-being,

- facilitating workshops, conferences, or QVT (Quality of Life at Work) interventions in companies,

- strategic consulting in preventive nutrition and natural health.
