Claire Szlosek

After obtaining a Master II in Audit, Accounting and Management Control at INSEEC Paris, I have acquired more than 15 years of experience in management control, financial analysis, commerce and management.

I worked, at the beginning of my career, for a publisher, an insurance company, a software designer, a large independent bookstore before joining one of the French leaders in DIY and then the French leader in the manufacture and distribution of paint for building professionals. Over the years, I have continued to nurture my curiosity by continuing my training: Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Management, Project management while remaining pragmatic and operational: as close as possible to the field.

In 2019, I created EURL CS Gestion Conseil, I support business leaders in solving their daily problems (Budgets, cash flow, profitability, stock, costs, contracts, strategy, software...), with a view to profitability and productivity.

I also carry out longer missions as part of the replacement of absent employees, transition management or Finance AMO.

Freelancing is a real opportunity for companies. This allows you to combine a specific skill with flexibility.

Indeed, small or medium-sized companies do not require the expertise of a management controller 5 days a week but perhaps one or two days.
