J’interviens auprès des cédants et des repreneurs (personnes physiques ou morales), en amont et pendant le processus de cession :
- côté cédant : pré-diagnostic opérationnel, stratégique et de gestion ; structuration si nécessaire ; travail sur la transmissibilité et constitution du dossier de cession ;
- coté repreneur : analyse financière et opérationnelle de la cible, compréhension fine de son modèle économique ; adéquation avec le profil du repreneur ; contribution à la construction du business plan ; plan d'intégration et travail sur la posture de chef d'entreprise pour les primo-dirigeants
- côté cédant ou repreneur : accompagnement pendant la phase d'audit (constitution de la data-room, coordination des conseils et intervenants) ; appui à la négociation ; préparation opérationnelle et humaine de la transmission, avec un focus sur la préservation des équipes et leur adhésion à la vision du repreneur.

Mon objectif : sécuriser le passage de relais, préserver les équipes et contribuer à des transmissions qui tiennent dans la durée.

J’accompagne également les nouveaux dirigeants de TPE et PME comme bras droit opérationnel. J’interviens sur le pilotage financier, la prise de décision stratégique et la sécurisation des projets complexes, avec une approche pragmatique, orientée résultats et adaptée aux réalités des dirigeants.
