About Claire

I'm a Chartered MCIPD with an MSc in Organisational Psychology and more than twenty years leading people and transformation at board level across aviation services, emergency medical services, and healthcare in the GCC and UK, with accountability for workforces from 2,000 to 11,000+ and labour-cost bases above AED 100M. Early in that journey I built a national community healthcare service from the ground up, designing the workforce, recruiting globally, and standing up the governance behind a 24/7 service to full operational readiness in six months.

That experience still shapes how I work: calm under pressure, commercially grounded, and far more interested in what changes behaviour than in what looks good on a slide.

I work as a fractional and interim People & Transformation lead, senior people leadership for organisations and founders who need it for a defined brief, a programme, or a period of change, without adding to permanent headcount. That might mean leading a culture or change programme, standing up or restructuring a people function, providing interim leadership through a transition, or coaching a leadership team through a step-change. For businesses in the UAE, it also means the work you can't afford to get wrong: Emiratisation strategy and delivery, workforce structure, and a people function that stands up to UAE labour law and scrutiny. I deliver remotely across the UK, GCC and internationally, senior capacity, in your time zone, at a sensible cost.

My approach rests on a simple conviction: performance isn't an accident, and it isn't about pushing people harder. It's about getting a handful of conditions right, the basis of my Five Performance Success Conditions™ framework.

If your organisation is scaling, restructuring, or carrying a people challenge that needs senior hands without a permanent hire, let's talk.
