Assisted in the launch of the "Dictionnaires des saveurs" collection (8-month fixed-term contract). Cut, restructured, and rewrote three illustrated essays in collaboration with authors and the collection director. Briefed and coordinated with graphic designers. Selected and managed illustrators. Wrote back cover copy and synopses. Presented titles to representatives and sought partnerships. Proofread and approved final print-ready files.

Edited two annual print and digital issues. Coordinated a large volume of contributions (up to 1 million characters). In-depth editorial work in agreement with authors, editors-in-chief, and editorial directors. Copyediting, layout design, and managed author corrections until submission to the printer.

Created and directed an annual illustrated literary magazine (250 pages). Defined the editorial line and selected texts. Editorial work with authors. Art direction, coordination of illustrators, and iconographic follow-up. Managed budgets, schedules, and production. Liaised with printers and supervised final print-ready files. Distribution in bookstores, sales at independent book fairs, organized events.
