Since 2022, I have been leading the instructional design and facilitating soft skills training for Au Carré students. I support learners in developing key skills: active listening, feedback, non-violent communication, collective intelligence, and collaboration, while fostering their reflexivity, confidence, and autonomy.

In parallel, I provide individual coaching so that each participant can apply what they've learned to their projects.

To date, I have supported around a hundred learners, combining rigor, pragmatism, and a human-centered approach to maximize the impact of learning on their skills and professional posture.
