One of my coachees gave me a great compliment: "It's as if I were visually impaired and you gave me glasses," which perfectly summarizes my role as a coach.

I have been advising companies and their executives for many years in their development (finance, mergers, external growth, fundraising).

I decided to support them even better through coaching because I realized there was a real need in France on this subject. I therefore trained at Paris Dauphine University to acquire the necessary tools to better understand and develop this skill.

I can act as a coach for a manager or executive, but also as an organizational consultant. I establish a diagnosis with the key people in the structure, and we focus the work on the projects and strategy to be implemented.
