- Production monitoring, real-time problem-solving, and unforeseen event management.

- Organization (project creation, action plan design, logistical coordination, and event production)

- Management (setup, dismantling, space arrangement, coordination of service providers & teams, management of speakers, logistics)

- Administration (invoicing and budget, partnerships, follow-up, feedback analysis)

- Artist Liaison (management of artist riders, needs monitoring)

Summer Pavilion - Quai Deschamps - 2 editions 2018 (22,000 visitors) & 2019 (28,000 visitors) - Free and open-to-all eco-responsible cultural event. Creation of a temporary village on 2500 m2 of grass. Creation of meeting spaces at the crossroads of arts. Combining music, cinema, installations, workshops, activities, sports, and catering. We hosted 104 artists from all over the world, and although music remains at the heart of the project, Summer Pavilion aims to be a living space, a place for shared happiness.
