The art of wearing multiple hats.

We talk a lot about ADHD at the moment, without knowing I was concerned. I quickly learned to make it an asset.

I am made to juggle multiple tasks, it's even easier for me and it keeps me from getting bored.

It was alongside CEOs and by supporting them in all tasks where they did not add value that I evolved.

This allowed me to contribute to the management of a company.

I always had an entrepreneurial spirit, but it was only after having my children that I dared to start.

Today, I am a business owner myself. I create rather unique jewelry for moms.

While waiting for my business to be 100% viable (I'm in a niche, it can take time), I continue to support CEOs in their business.

I am fully invested in an eco-responsible approach personally, I admit to having a strong interest in companies that invest in this direction.

- prepare your accounting and transmit it to your accountant

- write your expense reports

- gather the various payroll variables and transmit them to your accountant

- produce payroll slips if you use a tool like Payfit

- implement Payfit

- set up supplementary health insurance

- assisted you in setting up and monitoring the CSE (Employee Representative Council)

- manage relations with occupational health

- help you with employee onboarding

- implement well-being solutions in the company

- organize team-building events

- organize trips

- manage a complex schedule

- manage relations with maintenance and security service providers

- manage office supply inventory

- implement RTT (Reduced Working Time) days

I love novelty, so I'm not afraid to do new things.
