Well known in the automotive field and by extension in industry, Lean management applies to all sectors of activity. Lean construction has only arrived in France for about ten years. The need is definitely there.

With a professional background focused on customer satisfaction, it was only natural that I turned to Lean management. Indeed, the strength of the Lean approach is that the customer is at its center. For a long time now, I have been interested in construction and have worked for big names such as Bouygues or Matmut (real estate assets department). Today, I can combine these two aspects of my experience: construction and the customer within the Lean philosophy.

In parallel, I offer my services to real estate developers, contracting authorities, and contracting officers, to manage customer relations at both the technical level and for site visits and deliveries.
