Before:
Framing with the organizer to clarify the objectives and agenda of the morning.

During the meeting:
Live visual capture of the different team pitches in the form of a large wall mural, creating a clear and shared record of the discussions.

And afterwards?
The mural is now displayed in the offices and serves as a common reference.

Followed by an introduction to graphic facilitation to involve participants and provide them with tools to better structure and share their ideas in the future.

Live digital visual note-taking during a sales strategy meeting with about twenty participants in person and one remotely.

The visual synthesis work made it possible to capture the reflections of each department, to highlight the links between common topics, and to capture real-time discussions.

Two visuals were created and then served as base documents for continuing the work and building the commercial strategy.

Intervention during a seminar day for early childhood professionals, organized by the agglomeration of Foix.

In the morning, live creation of a synthesis mural of a conference by three nature educators, focusing on the importance of contact with nature for young children.

In the afternoon, visual note-taking of the workshops, highlighting discussions, fostering participant engagement, and reinforcing the feeling of being heard and recognized through the visualization of remarks, reflections, and feedback.

The produced materials provided a clear and shared record of the entire day.
