For 3 months, a group of about ten young people between 18 and 30 years old benefit from an entrepreneurial experimentation space. They have the opportunity to take risks in a safe environment to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset and experience collective business management. As a support officer, I am a trainer, facilitator, and ambassador, along with my partner. Trainer:

- Create and adapt educational materials according to collective needs

- Identify individual training needs

- Engage stakeholders and conduct joint training actions

- Support participants in formalizing skill acquisition and valuing it

- Support participants in transferring their skills. Facilitator:

- Design support that aligns with the values of popular education

- Facilitate informal sessions

- Create and maintain group cohesion

- Value individuals and ensure their physical and moral safety. Facilitator:

- Ensure everyone has the opportunity to express themselves

- Maintain motivation and engagement throughout the project

- Gradually lead participants towards autonomy

- Connect participants with resource persons in the territory. Ambassador:

- Mobilize young people before the program

- Mobilize local partners around the program

- Identify sales/event opportunities for the youth team and position them for them

- Capitalize and transfer program content at its conclusion.
