For me, customer experience is primarily about an organization's ability to give its employees every chance to provide excellent service to customers. Why? It is by feeling that they are doing their job well that people find fulfillment. And it is an organization's duty to ensure its employees have the necessary conditions for success.

Employee experience is therefore a skillful blend of management and marketing, two disciplines that I handle with ease in all the work environments I have encountered: from large international corporations to the smallest startups, from healthcare to heavy industry.
