Most clients find me after a tool or platform promised to fix their workflow and didn't. What I actually do is map out what's happening, find where the time and money are going, and build something that fits how the team already works.

On the technical side, I build production automation systems using Python, Google Cloud Functions, Google Cloud Run, and REST API integrations. I work directly with the major AI APIs including Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini, and I use Claude Code for agentic development workflows.

For clients who need AI that works with their own data, I build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using vector databases like Qdrant and Google Vertex AI. The output is grounded in their actual documents and internal knowledge, not generic model responses.

I also build on EU-based infrastructure using providers like Hetzner and Scaleway, fully independent of US technology stacks and compliant with GDPR by design. For European clients, data sovereignty is not an afterthought. It is built into the architecture from the start.

What makes my work different is 20 years of experience across marketing and business operations alongside the technical side. I can have a real conversation with a founder, marketing director, or operations manager who has never heard of an API, and still build exactly what they need. I translate between the business problem and the technical solution. Most engineers cannot do that. Most consultants cannot build the system. I do both.

My clients are typically professional services firms, SaaS companies, and agencies with 20 to 100 people. They are growing, stretched thin, and tired of doing by hand what a system should be doing for them.
