STEP 1 - ANALYSIS After discussing your project, I define the needs and develop a framework, competitor analysis, inspiration board, colors, materials, and shapes. STEP 2 - RESEARCH I develop various sketches, drafts, and concepts to focus on the client's chosen project. STEP 3 - 3D MODELING RENDERING After the final concept selection, I proceed with 3D modeling, then mapping/texturing and visualization. STEP 4 - PLANNING Plans, detailed views, and bill of materials. STEP 5 - MOCK-UP CREATION Using CNC tools, I create a full-scale mock-up of the product if it is not bulky. STEP 6 - PROTOTYPE CREATION Contacting factories and artisans to create the final prototype.

Research and development of a new product range in the customizable objects and textile category. Integration of a new type of marking: Engraving on wood, cork, glass, metal, plexiglass.

- Market research, Feasibility study, Supplier research, Cost calculation, Product testing phase in production, Development of manufacturing standards and optimization of manufacturing steps. Packaging and assembly instructions research as needed.

Direct digital printing on clothing. Customization

- Management of a team of 4 people on 2 machines (organization of tasks, training, objective communication, collaborative problem-solving, maintenance, upkeep, and stock management).

- Research on expanding the qualitative and economic capabilities of printing and operations for establishing machine usage standards.

- Production monitoring and customer requests in coordination with Customer Service.

- Interaction with developers, graphic designers, and technicians to resolve technical issues, back-office bugs, product non-feasibility, etc...
