Manager of an international team of 7 people located in Europe. I manage internal team processes as well as those that allow us to work with other teams: implementation of a ticket system on Jira Software, migration of templates from Photoshop + Adobe XD to Figma. The team and I are responsible for creating all marketing needs: emailings, acquisition landing pages, ad creatives, social media, presentations, contests, commercial campaigns, goodies, and print materials for events...etc

- In charge of UI tasks as Graphic Studio Manager

- I am also in charge of projects as a product designer. As Graphic Studio Manager:

- I manage recruitment

- I manage the planning schedule

- I ensure compliance with the graphic charter

- I ensure technical feasibility

- And I ensure team harmony ;)

As a product designer:

- I create mockups and testable prototypes

- I conduct UX workshops to find solutions to problems: card sorting, six to one, A/B tests, user tests (organized internally on end-users)

- I collaborate with PO/PM

Achievements:

- Responsive website: complete redesign in 2015 with UI/UX and product missions, followed by continuous improvement driven by quantified objectives and user feedback.

- Mobile Apps: creation of the brand's first app from scratch, then recruitment and management of a dedicated product designer.

- Internal administration tools: redesign of two old internal tool administration interfaces, starting from user needs gathering to acceptance, delivery, and batch improvements.

- Browser extension: redesign and continuous improvements of the iGraal browser extension since 2011

- Print & goodies: business cards, branded clothing, stickers, and various goodies (creation, supplier management)
