This executive assistant position was a true pivotal role, requiring constant versatility. On a daily basis, I moved from one task to another: from pure administrative management to the technicality of grant applications (MaPrimeRénov’, CEE) or prior declarations of works, while ensuring financial health through pre-accounting and cash flow monitoring. This diversity of tasks required flawless organization to simultaneously manage client files, HR requirements, and invoice reminders, while remaining the company's central point of contact.

My career in the dealership began as a telephone operator, a position dedicated to managing flow: handling incoming calls and conducting commercial prospecting. This role requires responsiveness and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.

I then moved into the after-sales secretary position, a more technical and central role. This job requires real organization: you have to simultaneously handle in-person reception, optimize the workshop schedule, and ensure the accuracy of billing and manufacturer warranty files.

In this role as a beauty advisor, my priority was personalized support. My main mission was expert advice in perfumery and cosmetics and performing technical treatments in the cabin (face, body, makeup, waxing...).

This position requires great versatility: you need to be able to create an immediate trusting relationship while ensuring the smooth running of the point of sale (appointment scheduling, inventory, and product display). It's a precision profession where service quality and advice are essential for retaining demanding customers.
