Graduated with a Master II in Economics and Management: Banking Activities, with an initial career in finance where I supported business leaders for 8 years, eventually becoming an assistant branch manager.

After a first major change in my personal life, I embarked on my individuation journey through travel combined with disciplines and work with various therapists.

Passionate about psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality, I aspire to a better world and decided to train as a Montessori educator for 6-12 year olds in France and abroad, while continuing to study positive psychology.

During this period, I experienced psychological decompensations, indicating that I was no longer aligned with my values, pushing me to undertake another life path and explore new directions, always with the heart to support humans, combining the harmony of body and mind, which led me to become a certified sophrologist therapist.

With 10 years of personal growth and sophrology training, I support those who wish to heal their wounds, develop their emotional intelligence, and move forward in inner transformation.

I am dedicated to supporting a wide audience by leveraging my diverse life experiences (resilience, entrepreneurship, psycho-education, mental health peer support, travel).

Through an approach based on active listening, authenticity, and benevolence, in the form of individual or group consultations, as well as workshops using photolanguage, an intuitive method and personal development tool using photography, allowing for new perspectives and broadening one's view on a situation, relationship, or health status, in order to become the conscious actor of one's balance and well-being in all aspects of life.
