Currently, I assist companies, federations, local authorities, and cultural organizations in structuring their positioning and deploying communication, press relations, and public affairs strategies tailored to their institutional and media challenges.

I intervene from the audit and strategic diagnosis phase — environmental analysis, stakeholder mapping, visibility assessment — to define coherent and operational 360° communication plans. I design and manage press relations initiatives, draft talking points and media kits, and support executives in preparing their public statements and managing their media exposure.

I also assist my clients in structuring and writing tender responses, working on strategic positioning, project narrative, and formalizing differentiating elements. My expertise also covers institutional communication and sensitive or crisis situations.

As Director of the Influence Department at UNICORP, I led public relations, press, and content activities for institutional and private clients. In this role, I provided strategic consulting, defined and coordinated communication and action plans, and drafted political and media notes and analyses to inform strategic decisions. I also supported clients in the operational implementation of their initiatives, helping to enhance their visibility, influence, and message consistency with the media and stakeholders.

As an advisor within the Prime Minister's Services, to Christophe Castaner, Government Spokesperson and Secretary of State, I provided strategic communication advice in a high-profile political and media environment. In this capacity, I participated in defining communication orientations, drafted talking points and preparatory notes, and contributed to the preparation of public appearances. I also developed and coordinated the organization of official trips, ensuring message consistency and alignment with government priorities.
