Hello everyone! I'm Chrystelle.
Formerly an UX/UI Designer, I chose during my last professional experiences in start-ups to further develop my "Swiss Army knife" side to take on the role of product manager... and I loved it!
What I enjoy about my job is helping teams solve problems with the right methods, supporting people, and especially creating and shaping the right tools to improve productivity and user experience! I always do my best to measure the success and costs of each action. Continuous improvement is my thing :)
On the UX side, I always attach great importance to meeting real users. I also have a strong appetite for internal business issues, because generally the users are two desks away from ours, and we can easily track our long-term impact... and get immediate feedback!
But... that's not all: having started as an interface designer and especially having filled this role in companies and as a freelancer since the beginning, I always really enjoy using my skills to bring ideas to life... and I take the opportunity to manage the development!
