Chrys Chavanis

I am Chrystelle Chavanis, a part-time HR Director / HR Manager and Transition Manager. With over 15 years of deliberately diverse professional experience, I have acquired excellent knowledge of organizations and HR processes, combined with a very good command of labor law.

My career has allowed me to work in various scopes, ranging from 90 to 500 employees in multi-site contexts. I have developed versatile expertise that allows me today to:

Pilot HR strategy: Design and implement human resources management policies, develop and monitor budgets, and lead quality or continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage complex transformations: I have experience in legal mergers with changes in collective agreements, as well as supporting Employment Safeguarding Plans (PSE) and judicial recovery proceedings.

Facilitate social dialogue: I ensure the preparation and facilitation of the CSE, the negotiation of collective agreements (NAO, working hours), and I ensure the maintenance of a good social climate.

Secure operations: From the integral management of payroll and DSN (mastery of Silaé, SAP/ADP, Lucca, etc.) to the recruitment of executive and technical profiles, including disciplinary management and litigation.

Support change and development: Deployment of HRIS, management of training and employment and skills management (GEPP), and mentoring of managers.

Recently, I have evolved as a freelance HR consultant, supporting company creations with their HR policies and business plans. I also held positions as HR and Payroll Manager on fixed-term contracts, notably at Dimo Software and Crédit Agricole Centre Est for the deployment of an internal HRIS.
