At an international industrial group specializing in equipment for the agri-food sector, I held the position of IT Manager / IT Director, a member of the Executive Committee, with a strategic, operational, and project management role.

I managed the IT roadmap, the IT budget, service providers, and cross-functional projects, while ensuring the operational continuity of the information system. My scope covered ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Azure, backups, BCP, user support, and business intelligence reporting.

Major structuring project: migration from Dynamics AX 2012 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, carried out over 12 months with a team of 22 key users, leading internal steering committees and managing the budget. The project was delivered on time and within budget: €349K actuals vs. €350K planned, despite a technical context involving significant customizations.

I also contributed to the modernization and security of the IT system: external cybersecurity audit, action plan, VPN MFA, Tenable, Rubrik, Wi-Fi security via Radius, Hyper-V/SAN optimization, VoIP, Cat6A cabling, BCP backup site with switchover scenarios and tests, Veeam replication, and Microsoft 365 deployment with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MFA.

Finally, I developed a performance management-oriented approach by implementing Power BI / Synapse reporting utilizing ERP and CRM data to provide business departments with KPIs for steering committees.

In an industrial SME of about 150 employees, I successively held the positions of IT Manager / IT Director, a member of the Management Committee, then IT & Supply Chain Director.

My scope covered IT governance, infrastructure, business applications, ERP, ISO processes, cybersecurity, service provider contracts, user support, as well as managing IT and Supply Chain teams.

I defined and managed a multi-year IT strategic plan, including budget, project prioritization, infrastructure modernization, and process structuring. Projects undertaken included the migration from Exchange to Office 365, virtualization, VoIP, Wi-Fi, Active Directory migration, implementation of a ticketing tool, GDPR, IT indicators, and processes inspired by ITIL.

In parallel, I took over the management of the Supply Chain, leading a multidisciplinary team: Sales Administration, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Procurement. I managed organizational projects, process optimization, reporting, continuous improvement, ISO9001 / EN9100 audits, and team skill development.

I also led several cross-functional business projects: MRPII audit, shop floor scheduling improvement, Sales Admin / Planning process redesign, inventory optimization, shop floor barcoding, digitalization of engineering office processes, BI reporting, and performance indicators. One of the shop floor improvement projects notably contributed to increasing On-Time Delivery (OTD) from 50% to over 70%.

This experience allowed me to consolidate a rare dual expertise: operational IT Director + business unit management, with the ability to link IT decisions to concrete production, supply chain, quality, finance, and industrial performance challenges.

In an industrial SME of about 150 employees, I held the position of Information Systems Manager / CIO, a member of the Management Committee, responsible for the operational maintenance of the IT system, infrastructure, business applications, ERP, user support, service providers, and modernization projects.

I defined and managed a multi-year IT strategic plan, including budget, project prioritization, and investment plan. My role also covered the management of service provider contracts, security, backups, procedures, ISO/ITIL processes, documentation, change management, and user training.

Projects undertaken included the migration from Exchange to Office 365, modernization of file servers, VoIP, virtualization, Wi-Fi, Active Directory migration, implementation of a ticketing and asset management tool, GDPR, IT indicators, and communication around IT department projects.

I also contributed to the development of business intelligence and operational reporting for business departments and general management: ISO9001 indicators, sales, logistics, production, S&OP, data warehouse, and KPIs.

This experience allowed me to structure a pragmatic IT department, focused on services, security, performance, and proximity to business units, in a demanding industrial environment.
