The project was delivered on time and within budget: €349K actuals vs. €350K planned, despite a technical context involving significant customizations.I also contributed to the modernization and security of the IT system: external cybersecurity audit, action plan, VPN MFA, Tenable, Rubrik, Wi-Fi security via Radius, Hyper-V/SAN optimization, VoIP, Cat6A cabling, BCP backup site with switchover scenarios and tests, Veeam replication, and Microsoft 365 deployment with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MFA.Finally, I developed a performance management-oriented approach by implementing Power BI / Synapse reporting utilizing ERP and CRM data to provide business departments with KPIs for steering committees.
- INDUSTRIEIT Director & Supply Chain Director — Industrial SME, ERP, Infrastructure & Operational PerformanceRAW MATERIALS INDUSTRYSeptember 2019 - February 2022 (2 years and 5 months)Le Petit-Quevilly, FranceIn an industrial SME of about 150 employees, I successively held the positions of IT Manager / IT Director, a member of the Management Committee, then IT & Supply Chain Director.My scope covered IT governance, infrastructure, business applications, ERP, ISO processes, cybersecurity, service provider contracts, user support, as well as managing IT and Supply Chain teams.I defined and managed a multi-year IT strategic plan, including budget, project prioritization, infrastructure modernization, and process structuring. Projects undertaken included the migration from Exchange to Office 365, virtualization, VoIP, Wi-Fi, Active Directory migration, implementation of a ticketing tool, GDPR, IT indicators, and processes inspired by ITIL.In parallel, I took over the management of the Supply Chain, leading a multidisciplinary team: Sales Administration, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Procurement.
