Description

I am Christoph Karsten, a Northerner with acumen, empathy, and humor. I firmly believe that the quality of collaboration is the key to the success of any company. People who work well together can achieve much, much more than the sum of their individual achievements. With this mindset, I accompany people in small and large companies on their journey towards more agile organizations.

After studying aerospace engineering in Aachen, I quickly returned to northern Germany, where I gained valuable experience as an engineer, manager, and consultant, initially in the aviation industry. Since 2011, as a freelance consultant and certified systemic coach, I have been helping companies across Germany become and remain adaptable and thus successful in the long term in complex markets.

I found a consulting home in the consultancy network next U, which I co-founded in 2015 with some highly valued colleagues. In this network, we consistently apply the principles, methods, and practices for Agile Organizations to ourselves. Therefore, I know the elements of the New World of Work from personal experience and not just from books or seminars.
