Working for over 15 years in the IT world, I have had the opportunity to take on multiple roles (developer, tech lead, project manager, technical director) in a variety of industries, some in an international context. Although I am primarily looking for technical roles, particularly with Microsoft technologies, this solid experience allows me to bring different types of expertise, such as continuous improvement, processes, quality, and team training. My teaching skills and adaptability also enable me to communicate with stakeholders from very different backgrounds (business, client, employee).
