Christophe Thockler

Award-winning freelance graphic designer and videographer (IDN, France 3, Vimeo, The Atlantic, HuffPost, Konbini, RTVE, Wired…), I have been working for over 10 years with various companies, creating all sorts of visuals for them (ads, music videos, motion design, web and print graphic creations, advertising inserts, flyers, HTML5 banners, newsletters, integration, etc.).

In parallel, for several years, I have been the graphic designer for Unilever's Content Factory, where I create web and print advertisements and communication materials for the group's various brands: Dove, Axe, Rexona, Love Beauty Planet, Shea Moisture, Signal, Sun, Skip, Cajoline, Omo, Cif, Amora, Maille, Magnum, Carte d'Or, Tabasco, Knorr, Ben & Jerry's...

My most artistic works are often imbued with symbolism and revolve around the dreamlike representation of everyday elements, using a surreal diegesis and evocation, all mixed with a nervous and kinetic approach to stop motion, which can sometimes require up to 36,000 photos for a few minutes of video.
