Christophe Rubin

For ten years, I have dedicated myself to my independent activity of writing or rewriting texts, individualized coaching, and linguistic analysis.

With each new assignment, I analyze the client's objective to design an approach well-suited to their situation and expectations. My only conditions: that it be legal, ethical, and intelligent (it must make sense).

I particularly enjoy writing with demanding specifications and conducting interactive proofreading sessions (online: on Skype, with Google Docs, etc.) of my clients' texts (academic, literary, journalistic...).

I also apply my interactive proofreading method to translations needing improvement, regardless of the source language (no relation to double translation). In interaction with the client, I analyze (through targeted questioning) the functioning of the source text so that we can jointly develop a more accurate and coherent target text: a true French text.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Language Sciences and have also published articles (in L'Express, Sciences Humaines, La Nouvelle Revue Pédagogique (Nathan), Les Cahiers du Jazz...), contributed to various works (prefaces, chapters...), written columns, and conducted interviews for Sitartmag.

In a previous career, I was a certified teacher of modern literature in high school and then trained teachers in a university institute.
