Christopher supported us for over two years in a particularly demanding context, both technically and humanly. From the moment he joined, he integrated with remarkable speed and efficiency into a complex organization. As a team manager, Christopher demonstrated an excellent ability to unite, reassure, and structure. His clear and benevolent leadership was decisive at a time when the team was facing several departures and had to be rebuilt almost from scratch. He managed to restore cohesion, establish a climate of trust, and put everyone back into a positive dynamic. His solid expertise in architecture allowed him to propose and manage relevant actions, always aligned with our technical challenges.
