Marketing and football have always been my passion – and I love to get involved right where new challenges await. Even during my training, I acquired knowledge in InDesign, Photoshop, and online and social media marketing through my own initiative. Creativity and fresh ideas drive me, and I always see the world through the lens of marketing – open to modern approaches and new paths.

As a youth coach and a member of the youth board, I not only led teams but also learned to discover and specifically nurture talent. I was later able to apply this knack for development and potential in scouting – a task that continues to motivate me incredibly.
