About Christopher

I am an Organizational Development professional and author with more than 25 years of experience improving business results through:
Organizational Change
Managing Cultural challenges of M&A
Organizational Design
Organizational assessment (Surveys/focus groups)
Facilitation
Coaching
Leadership Development

Some RESULTS I’ve achieved:
•Significantly contributed to reducing turnover 50% in 10 months through employee-engagement activities focused on improving work experience.
•Led an organizational change initiative that increased the employee net promoter score for a 6000-person organization by 9% in one year.
•Increased employee engagement by 4% during times of turbulent change through interpreting engagement survey data and counseling executives through addressing key themes.
•Increased adoption of organizational changes by surfacing resistance and accommodating it within implementation and communication plans.
•Coached leaders to individual successes - building better teams, creating succession plans, developing better relationships and meeting their own career goals
•Advised and counseled C-level teams on the development, communication, and implementation of organizational strategy
•Designed and facilitated sessions for building consensus across silos and accelerating team development

My book, "The Innovative Team" with Dr. Gerard Puccio (2012) showed how people of different problem-solving preferences interact while getting work done. Teams with a shared understanding of their thinking styles can accelerate their success.
My dissertation, "Organizational Design for Embedding Corporate Social Responsibility," (2022). I learned that organizations that are committed to social responsibility were more profitable over the long term than those that were not. Consciously applying organizational design practices along side change management efforts rewires and transforms organizations to be better for their employees, their community, and all their stakeholders.
