At Infopro Digital (since 2024), I lead the architecture and development of a reporting module in Vue 3 + Web Components + Laravel, offering a fluid user experience and advanced visualization features on a critical QHSE application. I also manage the evolutionary maintenance and technical roadmap of the solution.

For nearly 10 years at Alcemy (as a managing partner), I designed, developed, and led Noonchak from A to Z: a complete project management platform covering the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery. I framed the needs, defined the roadmap, led agile rituals, and managed a team of 3 people (2 dev + 1 DevOps).
