- Alert and risk reporting to the Project Owner.

- Liaison with cross-functional IT stakeholders.

- Weekly monitoring of issues and new requirements

- Consideration and scoping of needs expressions

- Proposal and scoping of studies associated with requests

- Request for quotes and drafting of estimates

- Integration of deliverables into the overall project schedule

- Planning and organization of development, acceptance, and production deployment phases

- Consideration of client feedback following acceptance phases

- Management of the client roadmap

- Implementation of Amalto's B2B invoicing solution for several clients simultaneously;

- Daily communication with these clients;

- Daily incident management;

- Management of weekly client meetings;

- Task allocation within the team;

- Close collaboration with the company's R&D.
