Before founding Pare Studio, I was Head of Data Science at Shift. I built a machine-learning pricing framework that increased gross margin by 20% and a routing platform that helped the business grow from around 1,000 to 10,000 weekly deliveries without scaling the operations team at the same rate.
Previously, at Glovo, I built a churn model deployed across 23 countries.
