CRM - ERP - PLM – BIM – My management role focused on the development of Prodware's entire commercial offering in the SMB (Small and Medium Business) sector, covering companies from a few employees up to mid-sized companies with less than 500 employees. I managed a team of 10 sales representatives.

Due to staff shortages during this year, I continued to handle tender responses, mock-ups, and pre-sales for Dynamics CRM.

The main objective of this role was to design Prodware's strategy for developing the commercial activity of the MS Dynamics CRM offering. Responsible for budget execution, managing sales and technical teams, I was involved in both the design and negotiation of the most complex offers. When necessary, I created pre-sales mock-ups.
