Throughout my professional career as an operational manager, HR Director, and then a senior executive in both the public and private sectors, I have experienced various leadership and management styles for people and organizations in complex, socially and humanly tense and degraded environments. Individual or team coaching has often allowed me to gain the necessary perspective to choose the most appropriate solutions for the situation and access "the realm of possibilities" while measuring and accepting the identified risks. I have consolidated this experience by training in various coaching methods and have made it my profession today.

I support and train executives, future executives, senior and middle managers:

- in developing their leadership

- in their mobility (taking on or changing roles)

- in making difficult decisions

- in managing change, for themselves and their teams

- in exiting critical situations

In a co-development dynamic, I also support teams to:

- learn to help and be helped;

- develop individual and collective solutions around major issues;

- share management practices and leadership experiences
