• Steering innovation projects around digital: Data Management, Processes (BPM), BI...

I started my career by implementing Data Science/AI type technologies (Machine Learning, Deep Learning) in an industrial context (Thales) at a time (90s), then applying them to decision support in the medical field.

I am therefore particularly interested in missions at the intersection of:

- the opportunities provided by new digital technologies

- business challenges

- and the role of humans in the resulting changes (organization, process, ...).

A professional career focused on the use of digital technology and DATA in the daily lives of "users":

• 6 years in research laboratories on topics that have now become topical: Machine Learning, AI, Deep learning.

• 4 years in IT services companies then 12 years as an independent consultant for the management of BI and CRM projects (Banque AGF, La banque Postale, Cortal Consors, ING Direct, Disney), Data quality (Hewlett Packard, TF1, Stallergènes, Banque AGF)

• then 6 years (2014-2020) at IRSTEA as head of the SAP and BI department and Deputy CIO.
