At Greenly, I first joined the "free electron" team, dedicated to cross-functional topics and high-impact projects, with a strong focus on performance and stability. I notably led the redesign of the main website, implementing better working methods with a team of freelancers and two internal developers, while improving SEO and overall performance.

I quickly got up to speed with NestJS to effectively advise technical teams and support architectural choices.

Migration of heavy processing to an architecture based on queues, to relieve the main API and improve platform stability.

Promoted Lead Developer within a team of 4, I supported the migration of a legacy business component to a new system, focusing on reducing API load and better leveraging PostgreSQL. My role was to help the team understand the business logic, propose architectural solutions, and unblock technical issues when necessary.

I single-handedly led the migration of the infrastructure from Heroku to GCP, implementing Terraform, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, and Datadog, with a clear objective: to maintain a simple and fluid developer experience despite a more robust architecture.

Various security audits revealed no issues with the implemented architecture.

At Lucine, I joined a small fullstack team responsible for developing non-virtual reality solutions within the Studio division. I primarily worked on a Go backend and a Vue.js frontend, in an environment where technical rigor and the quality of architectural choices were particularly important.

I participated in the migration of parts of an old C# API to Go, to simplify maintenance and modernize the technical base. This experience allowed me to work in a context close to the medical field, with strong requirements for reliability, code clarity, and robustness of delivered solutions.

At Flitdesk, I was in charge of fullstack development on a SaaS platform for flex office and coworking. I worked on both the backend and frontend, acting as a link between product, technical, and architectural matters.

I contributed to migrating legacy code to more suitable frameworks and a more distributed architecture to better meet client needs. I also participated in the transition of the infrastructure from Heroku to Google Cloud Platform, which provided a more solid foundation for the product's future.

Faced with performance issues, I designed an architecture and technical adjustments that significantly reduced the impact on the legacy API. In two years, we reduced API response times by about 75%. I also participated in evolving the organization towards a structure better suited to the team and the product.
