Subsequently, I moved into an Online Business Manager (OBM) consultant role, focused on optimizing internal processes, particularly the redesign of customer invoicing. At Verallia, a global leader in glass packaging, I ensured accounting compliance for a portfolio of 20 companies, guaranteeing conformity with French regulations and the group's internal standards. My role involved validating all accounting processes, from bookkeeping to closing validation, ensuring compliance with deadlines and the quality of financial information provided.

I contributed to the preparation of account closings and the implementation of procedures to standardize accounting practices across different entities. This mission required a strong adaptability, as it involved coordinating data from multiple structures and ensuring their consistency.

In parallel, I conducted internal training sessions on SharePoint and Microsoft 365, supporting teams in adopting new collaborative tools and facilitating their adoption of digital best practices. This aspect allowed me to leverage my teaching skills, simplifying technical environments for diverse profiles.

This experience allowed me to consolidate my ability to manage complex multi-company environments, support change, and optimize internal financial communication. At Ramsay Santé, a major player in the hospital sector, I managed the complete accounting for 18 companies, fully independently. My role covered the entire accounting cycle: processing supplier invoices, monitoring customer receivables, bank reconciliations, fixed asset management, as well as preparing and entering cut-off entries.

I actively contributed to monthly and quarterly closings, the preparation of company financial statements, and tax return packages, ensuring compliance with French regulations and adherence to closing deadlines. My actions helped secure financial data, improve reporting quality, and facilitate the work of internal and external auditors.

By working on a multi-company portfolio, I demonstrated my ability to handle a large volume of operations while maintaining a high level of rigor and reliability.
