- Agile alignment of back-office processes (benchmark, adaptability, existing exceptions with target process)

- Change management (workshops based on interactive listening & internal cooperation, leveraging best practices)

- Quantification of current KPIs & creation of management reporting for tasks related to expected roles & responsibilities

- Instilling in support functions the view of the front office as a client, using lean methods for processing needs & requests

- Alignment and optimization of financial processes with the group's IT department's overall budget process, from budget creation to its ongoing management (inbound/outbound operational flows) through to its finalization & adjustments;

- Mapping, implementation, and steering of the overall risk management and process audit system to ensure compliance with current administrative, regulatory, and legislative provisions and risks;

- Steering the performance of payment/collection flows & auditing of accounting & financial processes for optimization in preparation for financial & accounting ERP/EPM upgrades & other treasury/payment flow management software.
