    As part of the implementation of its new ERP (Gold), the group is undertaking a major transformation project (LOREA) that impacts not only the French/Belgian stores but also the E-Commerce division, logistics, and more broadly, all support services of the network.


    LOREA is an integrated tool that will be able to synchronize data in real-time, end-to-end, and provide visibility into the group's activity and performance.

    The project, with a minimum duration of 5 years, is divided into 2 distinct scopes (Traditional and Full), the first presenting the complexity of temporarily interfacing the Legacy system with the new ERP.
