I am an information systems manager in the field of Health (care production).

I have over 30 years of experience in managing Health IT projects, including ten years in digital services management within healthcare facilities and fifteen years in Health IT AMOA (Owner's Representative) for various types of health cooperation structures (regional or territorial, both public and private).

I have managed both technical projects for deploying internalized or outsourced infrastructure and highly operational projects such as setting up teleradiology services, territorial PACS, and various processes supporting care production.

I primarily undertake short-term, part-time missions, such as audits, master plans, and of course, project management.

I am recognized for my listening skills, pragmatism, and ability to transform needs into sustainable and innovative solutions. Following certain medico-technical projects (PACS/RIS/Teleradiology), I am involved in supporting operational governance for business teams.
